Our teapot had a little wooden handle on the top that fell apart due to the intense steam. I figured that an ebony Violin Pegg would be about as durable as anything! So an old violin Peg found its new life as the lid handle to our teapot.
A “little” side project.. we are adding some exterior entrances to my studio and a future Airbnb. As a craftsman I could not fathom a metal, fiberglass, or big box cardboard door.
